Shipping

Order processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Packages shipped using USPS Priority typically spend 1-3 days in transit after shipment. First Class shipments may take a day or two longer than Priority.

While we do our best to accommodate time-sensitive shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery on or by a certain day. 

Once the package has left our hands, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to COVID-related resource shortages or any other reason within USPS and Fedex. You may look to them for more specific updates. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience during this time!

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are politely declined unless in the case of products damaged in shipment or the incorrect item has been received. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately, with photos, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept cancellations.
